Free use
You may use the DwgFlow editor for any lawful purpose that the free product allows, without paying, as long as those features remain free. If DwgFlow lets you do something without asking you to pay, you may do it under these terms.
Your work
All drawings and files you create or edit in DwgFlow belong to you. You may sell or distribute work you made with DwgFlow without giving us a share. You do not have to credit DwgFlow unless you want to.
Local processing
Core open and edit of local files run in your browser. We do not claim ownership of your local drawings. Unsaved work may be lost if you leave without saving.
Accounts and Premium
Some features (for example removing ads, or future cloud quotas) may require an account or a paid plan. Paid access lasts for the period you purchase; when it ends, the account returns to the free tier unless renewed.
Payment details are handled by third-party processors. We keep records needed for billing and support (amount, date, plan).
We may send account, security, or billing-related email to the address you register. Marketing email, if any, will include an unsubscribe option where required by law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to distribute malware or unlawful content.
- Circumvent payment, ads, or access controls except as we expressly allow.
Intellectual property
DwgFlow’s software, branding, and site content (excluding your drawings) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited license to use the service as provided.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of drawings that were not saved by you. Use of free local editing is at your own risk regarding unsaved work.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via support@dwgflow.com.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown by the date above and, where appropriate, a notice in the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
